FAQ

Booking & Appointments

All appointments can be scheduled online via our website or by phone. Please note that each piercer provides a specific range of services. If a service is not listed, that piercer is not currently offering it.

Yes, walk-ins are welcome! However, appointments are prioritized. Walk-ins may experience wait times during busy periods.

Yes, you can request a specific piercer. If no preference is specified, you will be placed with the piercer who has the earliest availability. Please note that during high-volume periods, piercers may stop accepting walk-ins. In that case, you can choose another available piercer or schedule an appointment for a later date.

We require a $10 deposit to secure your appointment, which will be applied toward your total service cost. This deposit is non-refundable for any cancellations or no-shows made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.

Every appointment is per individual. If more than one person wishes to receive a service, separate appointments must be booked for each person. If you wish to be pierced together, please coordinate to select appointment times that are scheduled directly next to each other, subject to availability.

If you decide not to go through with the piercing while in the piercing chair, you will be charged a $20 set-up fee for the loss of equipment and time. If you booked an appointment, you will also lose your $10 deposit.

ID Requirements & Consent

  • Adults (18+): A valid government-issued photo ID or passport is required. Foreign passports and IDs (e.g., Mexican passport) are accepted.

  • Please Note: Photocopies or photos of IDs are not accepted. Failure to present valid documentation will result in the loss of your $10 deposit and refusal of service.

In accordance with Texas state law, all of the following must be provided:

  1. The minor must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian who possesses a valid government-issued photo ID.

  2. The minor must provide proof of age (birth certificate or certification of birth facts). A photo ID for the minor is also strongly recommended.

  3. The parent/guardian must provide signed consent for the piercing.

  4. If the accompanying adult is not listed on the minor's birth certificate, proof of legal guardianship must also be provided.

  • Please Note: Service will be refused if proper identification or consent is not provided.
